Josie Liles Hickom serves as Administrative Assistant to the North West and Central West District Superintendents. She views her position as a ministry within the Church. Josie has served the North Georgia Conference as a District staff member since 2000, when she joined the Rome-Carrollton District as Administrative Assistant. Prior to that, she served as Office Manager at Faith United Methodist Church, Cartersville.

She has been a National Member of PAUMCS since 2002, and was certified in 2003.

Josie’s pride and joy is her family. She is married to Doug Hickom. They have 3 adult daughters. Shari Leigh, who is married to Rev. Brandon Fulmer, Cindy who is married to Douglas Gravely, and Rebecca Hickom. She also has three beautiful grandchildren, Landon, Kendall, and Josie Beth along with a precious grand dog, Moses.
