Clergy Photo Submissions

Clergy photos submitted for use in the conference database and clergy locators must meet the following standards:

  • Photo must be submitted as a jpg file of at least 300x375 pixels in size, and a resolution of 72pxi
  • Portrait, not landscape, in orientation.
  • File must be named with the clergy's ngumc.net email alias (i.e. "john.smith.jpg")
  • Color photo, professional in appearance, no special effects, and with the clergy person's head centered left to right
  • Photo must be public domain and not infringe on any copyright
  • Photos are to be submitted via email to help@ngumc.org.
