Sybil is the North Georgia Conference Communicator. She serves as a spokesperson for the Conference, is responsible for website content, produces conference e-newsletters, assists in publishing the Annual Conference Handbook and Annual Conference Journal, oversees Audio Visual and media for the Annual Conference session, and manages the Conference's social media channels.

Sybil is a life-long United Methodist. She and her husband Jim have a son and daughter. They are members of Decatur First UMC.
