Check Your 'Church Search' and 'Clergy Search' Information at NGUMC.org and UMC.org
Now is a good time to make sure your church's information is correct in the "Church Search" at ngumc.org as well as Find a Church at UMC.org. Moving clergy can also update their profile information in data services.
Church Search at NGUMC.org
One of the most popular pages on the Conference website is the "Church Search." Find it at the top of the North Georgia Conference website by clicking "Churches" or going to https://www.ngumc.org/
To update or correct information such as website or email address, clergy or laity with charge conference access should follow the steps below.
- Log into Data Services
- Click the "Church Information Report" button
- Enter the correct information
The website refreshes every 24 hours, so the updated information will be visible within a day.
In 2023, the conference added the ability to include a church photo. If your church listing does not include a photo, please email a color photo of the front outside of your church building. The photo must be professional in appearance, with no special effects, landscape/horizontal in orientation. The submission must include the church name and 4-digit NGUMC church number. And the photo must be public domain and not infringe on any copyright. Submit via email to help@ngumc.org.
Clergy Search at NGUMC.org
Clergy who have moved in recent months will also want to check the "Clergy Search." Find it at www.ngumc.org/clergy and at the top of the North Georgia Conference website.
Clergy should follow the steps below to update or correct information such as address.

- Enter the correct information
