November 1-16 is Annual Enrollment for HealthFlex Participants

November 1-16 is annual enrollment time for HealthFlex participants. Elections you make during this period will take effect on January 1, 2024. 

To get started, log onto Benefits Access to view the Benefits Access Annual Election Page.

Note that if you are currently making contributions to a Health Savings Account (HSA), Flexible Savings Account (FSA), or Dependent Care Account (DCA), to continue contributing to those accounts in 2024 you must elect them during annual enrollment. These do not roll forward from year to year.

HealthFlex participants are encouraged to take advantage of ALEX to help determine the best plan for you. ALEX is a “benefits counselor” tool to help you select the right plans. Find ALEX via Benefits Access (you will want to “continue as guest”).

Annual Election Timeline

November – Annual Election is open November 1-16.
December – ID and debit cards are mailed.
January – Begin using 2024 benefits. Care Coordination Service begins.
