New HealthFlex Insurance Cards Mailed This Week, Available Online

January 1, HealthFlex Participants will begin using Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance, and will soon receive new Blue Cross Blue Shield HealthFlex ID cards.  We expect most individuals will receive them by mail this week, but we are happy to report that the ID cards are already available online on the Quantum Health website and app. 

If members need their ID cards before they arrive in the mail, either call your (new) Care Coordinator at 833-762-0876 for assistance, or access the ID card online. 

Beginning January 3, we expect the Single Sign on to Quantum Health to be accessible through Benefits Access. Prior to then, members can log directly into Quantum at MyWespathHealth.com. 

The first time you access MyWespathHealth.com, members will click “Register” at the bottom of the first screenshot below.  If you haven’t yet received your ID card, you will enter your name as it appears in Benefits Access, your Date of Birth, and the last 4 digits of your SSN to register (second screenshot).  Then can then create their own user ID and password and use that to log into the site outside of Benefits Access in the future. The ID card can be viewed or downloaded from the website (see last screenshot below). 

We will navigate this change together, and are pleased to hear that Quantum Health Care Coordinators have already been assisting HealthFlex members with questions.
