Lanier UMC in Cumming is seeking a person to build a strong family ministry with emphasis on youth and children. The church has a new fellowship hall and classroom building which includes an activities room for youth. The previous fellowship hall is being transformed into a children's ministry area. The desire is to find a creative person who brings Christian Education skills and can help the church in living out its mission of "Sharing the Love of Christ." While major responsibilities will include Sunday School and UMYF as well as a Wednesday evening program for children, new ideas and ministries will be welcomed.
